The day of your appointment. Please do not wear any perfume or cologne because of our patients with respiratory conditions.

The day of your first visit. IF you have prior medical records such as x-rays or x-ray reports, please bring them with you.

The clinic is in ULAS, Davao City. Driving on the National Highway. Going in direction from Davao toward Toril. You pass the Mintal turn off stop light. 50 meters past this Mintal turn off stop light, look on the LEFT side of the road. Our clinic is set back 5 meters from road. The Clinic is the entire second floor above MightyMan Hardware.
