If you mention to the receptionist on your first visit to our office that you read about a new patient discount on the Davao Chiropractic Clinic website. We will then not charge you for your initial consultation, and examination. You will also receive a 50% discount on your first treatment.
The clinic speaks Cebuano, Tagalog, and English.
We have patients with respiratory conditions who react to smoke, and scents such as colognes and perfumes. We ask all patients to refrain from applying any scents to their clothing or body the day of their treatment.
We ask that patients pay for the treatment at the time of their treatment. If you do not have a scheduled appointment, please call, or text the office before your arrival.
We understand a patient schedule changes. We do request that a patient tries to give at least a one-hour notice prior to missing their appointment.
Our office will work with your Diagnostician. We keep detailed records of the progress of our patients. The history, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan are available for review. We reserve the right to charge for clerical duties, copies, and delivery services for the review of patient records.
